I need to constantly remind myself how I feel after yoga in order to motivate my ass to get out of bed in the morning and just do it (thank you Nike ad campaign for that saying).  So it’s been awhile since I went and if you follow my blog, then you definitely know that and are probably shocked that you have another e-mail in  your inbox that I actually went to yoga.

Today’s pose is Cobra Pose or Bhujangasana.  There’s not much to say about this one.  I don’t find it terribly challenging, but I guess it is necessary as I am sure it helps somehow.

Nothing terribly exciting happened this morning.  I realized in the Standing Head to Knee pose that I had skipped out on Yoga for about 10 days because I was weak again in that posture.  Amazing how fast you can lose it. 

I  have had a reader of the blog contact me about Bikram yoga positions and if there are any alternatives for people that are handicapped.  If someone knows of a website or another resource for such a thing, I would appreciate any knowledge you could provide.
