I did go to class last Friday, but didn’t write about it yet.  Sometimes I wonder what I was thinking about doing this blog because I already write a ton on a daily basis and really, if I would have committed to going to yoga and not have worried about the writing, then that would have worked out great as well.

I have not gone this week yet – am planning on going Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Had my knee checked out yesterday.  Turns out the underside of my knee cap is bruised.  Since I cannot take anti-inflammatory medication, there is not much I can do rather than wait it out and of course, the doc recommneded walking to be the best exercise as that would put the least about of strain on it.

So I figured I would take Monday and Tuesday off of Yoga and then I will do three days this week and possibly 4-5 next week. 

Today’s pose is Standing Separate Leg Stretching Pose or Dandayamana-Bibhaktapada-Paschimotthanasana.  Now that my hamstring is getting better, this pose is coming easier to me again.  Which is delightful.  I love this one when I am not hurting.
